To meet us in person and join the club, we offer a space to come and meet us every Monday (except holidays) from 7 PM to 9 PM, which we recommend as a first step to becoming a member of the club. There, you can get to know us, experience the atmosphere, and play some games. We can also answer any questions you might have.

As a member, you can come as often as you like on our three weekly opening days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (except holidays). We are a very social club, so the great advantage of joining us is enjoying a lively atmosphere where there is room for anyone who enjoys chess. Additionally, you'll have benefits in various areas of the club, including discounts on the classes we offer.

On Mondays, we play freely, and people come to get to know the club. On Tuesdays, we organize internal tournaments, sometimes with slow games that can last several weeks, and sometimes with fast games, which can take place on one or several Tuesdays. Thursdays are usually for free play, although we sometimes organize special events like workshops or other activities. We also participate in neighborhood activities, such as "Ateneu al carrer" or "Associa't" a few times a year.

Becoming a member also allows you to become federated, which means you get a license to play in official tournaments that count towards your Catalan ELO (ranking) and your FIDE ELO. During the winter, we participate with teams of various levels in the Catalan league, a team experience where we compete against other teams in the region. Throughout the rest of the year, in addition to the internal tournaments, you can participate in several official tournaments, which are regularly held in Barcelona and its surroundings. There is also a competitive aspect to our club for those who wish to experience it, and we encourage players of all levels to enjoy it.

We offer three levels of classes for adults: beginner, intermediate, and advanced (Minimum age 16 years), as well as children's classes.
